David Hinton

Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

David joined Empired in May 2016. He has had over 10 years experience in the technology sector having previously held the position of CFO and Company Secretary of ASX listed Amcom Telecommunications. Prior to Amcom he held a senior executive role in a large diversified listed company and also worked at Ernst & Young.

David holds a Bachelor of Business degree and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and of the Governance Institute of Australia.

David has responsibility for ensuring the necessary financial aspects of the company are in place to support the strategy and continued growth of Empired.
