Associate VP, Professional Services

Join our high performing Seattle based team as our newest Vice President of Professional Services

The Role
As the Associate VP, Professional Services, you will be a key member of the Modern Work and Digital executive team and be responsible for the successful delivery of professional services to our US-based clients. This role requires strong commercial and technical acumen, the ability to build high-performing teams, collaborate internationally, build client trust and confidence and deliver world-leading solutions to some of the largest organisations in the US.
 
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery and quality of our solutions to clients, working closely with General Manager, local and remote delivery teams, PMO and Client Development to ensure successful project presales, initiation, management and delivery on time, scope and budget.
  • Build strong relationships with our clients as a trusted adviser and delivery executive.
  • Participate in regular client and internal governance forums to ensure on-track delivery of services.
  • Contribute to the creation, review and approval of client contracts.
  • Contribute to presales activities in conjunction with the Client Development team
  • Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the delivery Practice ensuring excellence in areas such as resource management, utilisation, budgeting, forecasting and process improvement to ensure delivery services and profitability are in-line with targets.
  • Coach, mentor and grow the local Seattle team ensuring high levels of engagement and retention.
  • Help drive and be a champion of our collaborative and fun culture within the local Seattle team.
  • Contribute to the overall practice strategy and vision alongside the General Manager.
Your Experience
  • 8+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working with complex client requirements in a fast moving environment. Professional Services leadership experience strongly desirable.
  • Experience from pre-sales to final delivery; ensuring that each solution is appropriately scoped, designed, implemented, and tested to meet our client's business needs
  • Confidence working directly with internal stakeholders, clients and partners. Displaying an aptitude for gaining a thorough understanding of their vision will be a huge strength
  • A hunger for knowledge with the passion to learn about the latest innovations in the industry, which you will enjoy sharing with the wider team
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present and point of view to a variety of audiences
