As a SharePoint Support Consultant, you are a primary point of contact providing tier one support to clients. You are responsible for providing operational/functional support, resolution of level two incidents and requests, monitoring and ensuring service level agreement (SLA) compliance and providing expertise to ensure that we achieve our goal of being "easy to do business with.” 
Certifications/Accreditations/Framework experience (preferred):
• Desired structured Implementation and Operational Methodologies/Techniques, such as ITIL.
• Foundation technologies: SharePoint on-prem and SharePoint Online.
Your role:

SharePoint on-premises, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Nintex
 Development skills are desirable (PowerShell scripting, SPFx).
• Act as a trusted adviser to clients, ensuring we provide the best value solution offering.
• Identify issues and risks and escalate. 
• Provide recommendations and solutions to resolve issues and mitigate risks, help to manage client expectations.
• Create documentation, following best practice, to communicate business and solution requirements and other key information to the client. 
• Provide technical support, fault analysis and resolution, actively managing the support queue and ensuring the Service Level Agreement (SLA) is achieved. 
• Produce documentation (technical and user focused), ensuring it is both current and accurate. Produce reports as required.
• Work on client systems and infrastructure to improve productivity and efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Take ownership of your continued professional development, keeping your technical knowledge and skills up to date and ensure you are certified in the relevant technologies.
