Intergen seeks an awesome recruitment consultant to join our Talent Experience team in Wellington.

The primary goal of the Talent Experience (TX) team is to attract, retain and develop our people thus enabling the business to provide best in class services to Intergen's clients.  
  
The Role  
As our dedicated Recruitment Consultant for our graduate programme you will be responsible for providing exceptional recruitment services with the aim of sourcing high performing employees. This will include but not limited to: 
  • Supporting the TX Partner in running the end-to-end recruitment of our Graduate Programme and other IT roles across the business.
  • Coordinate university visits, career fairs, speaking engagements and utilising social media for the Graduate Campaign. 
  • Contribute to the design and execution of the Graduate Application process. 
  • Review all candidate submissions.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and schedule all in-house interviews. 
  • Conducting reference checks, offers, negotiation and /or providing feedback.
  • Being the first point of contact for our Graduate programme for all potential candidates. 
  • Providing an exceptional experience to all candidates and ensure hiring managers are well supported and informed throughout the recruitment lifecycle.    
Your Experience 
You will be highly motivated and client focused. Intergen has a vibrant culture and aims to get the best out of its people so if you like striving to new heights and working with the latest solutions then you’ll slot right in. To be successful in this role you will have the following experience: 
  • 1 – 2 years recruitment experience. 
  • The ability to manage high volume candidate and vacancy flow. 
  • Experience in an administration or coordination role involving people/process and technology.
  • A high level of communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work at pace and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with hiring managers to understand their staffing recruitments and provide recruitment advice accordingly.
