Practice Director, Service Management Office

Intergen is looking for a Practice Director to lead the SMO Practice in Auckland or Wellington!

The Role
The Practice Director role will draw on your combination of business experience, service leadership, and people leadership. You will apply your proven client and commercial management skills.

You will know “what good looks like” in managing long term service engagements with our clients. You will have a good commercial understanding of contracts and operational delivery. You will be familiar with the frameworks and methods that ensure excellent service delivery.

You will have a track record of transforming customer experience, enabling a national team to drive continuous improvement to the services we offer. You will be able to set a strategy and drive execution across direct and virtual teams. providing thought leadership internally and to clients.

Ultimately, you'll play a leading role in maintaining delighted clients and driving ongoing business for Intergen.

About you

Have you got?
  • Experience managing a team or business unit within a Professional Services organisation or comparable environment.
  • Experience setting a vision and leading teams to deliver strategic initiatives
  • Experience transforming client experience for a business or business unit
  • Sound business acumen and understanding of business unit financials
  • Sound commercial understanding of contracts and meeting deliverables
  • Skilled in service delivery management tools and techniques
  • Exceptional client relationship skills
