Operational Team Coordinator

Opportunity has arisen for a confident, business savvy professional to join our ever-expanding team.

This role will see you being “hands-on” in delivering solutions as well as behaving operationally to help allocate work and guide the team.

In this role you will be required to possess:
  • Sound resource planning, and risk management know-how.
  • An eye for continuous improvement of systems and processes.
  • The foresight to anticipate, investigate and resolve problems in systems and services.
  • The calmness to be THE escalation point of most issues and the network and team support to solve the issues.
  • Capability to manage a team of BAU resources and provide technical guidance and liaise with customers.
  • Working with Service Delivery Manager to plan resourcing for multiple customers.
The technical knowledge that we see as essential for someone to be successful in this role includes:
  • Relevant Microsoft certification. Certifications/Accreditations/Framework experience (preferred):
  • Structured Implementation and Operational Methodologies/Techniques, such as ITIL.
  • Foundation technologies: Microsoft Server, Internet Information Server, Azure, Windows Desktop OS, Networking fundamentals.
  • One or more of the following relevant technologies: SharePoint, SSAS, System Center, Microsoft Teams, Office 365 Identity Management, Windows Defender, MacAfee and Symantec Anti-Virus products.
