The Role
As a Senior Consultant/ M365 Technical Specialist in our Modern Workplace team, you will provide objective advice, expertise and specialist skills in Microsoft 365 stack-based solutions (SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and Power Platform) and SharePoint On-Premise technologies. You will take responsibility for setting the vision and high-level architectural design for complex solutions.
You have superior knowledge of Information Management practices and deep expertise in a range of technology specialisations and business trends. You will also be participating in Pre-Sales presentations and workshop facilitation activities to contribute to the growth of Intergen’s brand reputation and revenue generation.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for business analysis and requirements gathering with clients including facilitating workshops, driving assessments, designing to meet business needs, implementing solutions either on your own or as part of a larger team, testing, training and handover services.
- Implement projects utilising SharePoint Online/OnPrem and other Microsoft 365 stack.
- Take ownership for the onboarding, implementation/migration, configuration and delivery of M365 projects.
- Advocating collaboration within the team and cross-teams like Operations, Azure, etc. ensuring knowledge sharing plus fostering mindset of innovation and change.
- Promoting a high-performance culture within the team, focusing on consulting and delivery excellence
- Provide client support and stakeholder relationship management as required
- Participate in pre-sales presentations and demonstrations in conjunction with the Sales team plus providing input for Request for Proposals and Request for Information.
- The successful applicant will need Professional Services experience with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, specifically SharePoint Online, PowerApps and Teams including appropriate Governance strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in managing, supporting and administering SharePoint solutions and familiar with PowerShell scripting
- SharePoint development is desirable OR a good understanding of SharePoint development
- Experience in System Analysis and Design, including requirements gathering and documenting functional requirements, understanding business requirements/process, designing document management, collaboration and Business Process Automation solutions, migrations, integration, and user interfaces.
- Experience with third party tools including but not limited to Sharegate, Nintex, OnePlace Mail, etc.
- Developing training material and delivering training to end users
- Experience with ITIL, SDLC and DevOps best practises.
- Strong verbal and written communication with consulting capabilities and customer focused approach
- Relevant Microsoft 365 certifications would be a bonus.
