Lead Developer


Intergen seeks an experienced Senior / Lead Developer to lead our small team on an exciting project

The Role  

We are looking for highly capable Senior Developer who has experience delivering solutions based on either Microsoft Azure or AWS within a DevOps culture. As a Senior Developer in our Digital team, your role is to:  
  • contribute to the definition, development, testing and maintenance of complex software applications to meet the needs of our clients.  
  • You will mentor more junior team members and engage with clients throughout the software development lifecycle.  
What we're working on  

We are mostly known for our work on modern web applications; we are involved at all stages of the software delivery lifecycle from ideation to implementation to deployment. We're also strong on integrations, IoT, cloud migrations and app modernisation.  
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Developer to join our team and lead a team of 2 Intermediate developers and 1 Junior Tester working on an application that will have a large amount of reach and impact globally. Your Experience  

You have great written and verbal communication skills, and you thrive in a collaborative working environment.  
You have 5+ years of relevant experience as a developer, with some exposure across the following:  
  • Modern project delivery methodologies such as DevOps and Agile/Scrum  
  • Object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and common design patterns  
  • C#, .NET Core/Framework, JavaScript/HTML/CSS, SQL, PowerShell, Ionic/React Native, Kubernetes  
  • Cloud stack: AWS/Azure/GCP, Azure DevOps/GitHub, Teamcity, Octopus, CI/CD systems
  • Database technologies, integration technologies, unit testing, infrastructure as code, container technology
  • Integrating with other MS products (for example, CRM, Dynamics, Power Platform)
