Junior Developers

It is an exciting time to join our team as we look to grow our digital and technology capability. We have continued to grow as a company over the last 2 years and we’ve had great success with our clients in the service, public sector and commercial industries.

Our Digital Operations team are a team of developers with diverse skills who look after servicing our managed services clients. We are currently looking for additional like-minded, talented junior developers to become part of our Digital Operations teams.

• You have 1 + years of experience in full-stack development in a similar business / consultancy / agency and technical requirements analysis role
• You want to grow and develop your skills as a full stack developer
• You have good communications skills and enjoy stakeholder management

From day one, we need you to be experienced in:

• Understanding of software development and design principles
• Understanding of front-end infrastructure and web app architecture and a desire to plan, automate, and scale using this knowledge
• Modern JS, HTML, and CSS
• ReactJS, VueJS, VueX ES6 practical knowledge
• Foundation and Bootstrap capabilities
• ASP.NET, C#, MVC practical knowledge
• Comfortable with databases and best practices around interacting with them (MS SQL preferred)
• Comfortable and diligent with version control GIT
• The use of tools to automate the deployment of environments and software packages
• Ability to help debug problems and fix issues
• Ability to communicate and manage client expectations
• Successfully communicating complex technical issues and knowledge to stakeholders who have a non-technical background

Should you be interested and have experience in these things, it will be even better:

• Working in an Agile methodology
• Demonstrated involvement in an Open Source project/s (favourable)
• Demonstrated experience driving and planning web application projects
• Knowledge of container environments (e.g. Docker)
• CMS Platform experience such as Episerver, Sitecore, Kentico, Umbraco (Episerver and Kentico preferred)
• Interest in UI/UX design
